Not sure what's wrong? If you know you need a housecall but aren't sure which of our many services you specifically require (or don't care), then this is the service for you.

We'll come to your location to diagnose the problem and give you some options, and a quote for additional cost to solve the problem. From there you can decide if you want us to effect the repair or not. If you do want us to proceed, you just pay the quote for additional cost. If you don’t want to proceed , there is no additional cost.

Details:

  • A Geek will come to your home and assess your technology issue
  • We will perform a diagnostic for the particular technology that is having issues
  • We will let you know what we think the issue is and what needs to be done to fix it
  • If you decide to proceed with other services the $99 fee will be applied to the total cost at the end of the call. You just pay the difference.
