Drop Off Help: Save at our Service Center

If you don't need it fixed right away, you can save by dropping off your problematic device at our Burlington MA Service Center (staffed by the same knowledgeable, experienced Geeks who visit our customer's homes).

When Is the Service Center Open?

Lunch is typically taken at 1:00. Please ring doorbell if locked.

How Do I Schedule Drop Off Service?

  1. When purchasing a service, choose the "Drop off help" option before adding the service to the cart.
  2. After payment, print out your order email and bring it in when you drop off your equipment.  
  3. You can come in at any time. For faster service, call ahead to schedule your drop-off: 781-362-4700 Option 3

Data Recovery & Special Orders

Please note that data recovery work and special order parts will require full payment in advance of the work/order.

What If I Need to Cancel Service?

If you cancel, you are expected to pick up your equipment within one week unless recycling arrangements are made.

Can I Just Walk In with My Equipment? 

Walk-ins are welcome! 

  1. Drop off your equipment along with a $49 diagnostic fee to determine the extent of work required.
  2. Usually within 48 hours of drop-off, we will contact you and quote a price for the repair.
  3. Decide whether you'd like to proceed as quoted.
  4. If you opt to proceed, you will be notified when your equipment is ready for pick-up and payment.

When are appointments available?

Our Geeks will come to your home seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and you don't pay extra for after-hours or weekend appointments!
