Remote Help: Available Online 24 x 7 x 365

Whether you want to be covered for as many problems as might arise over a year or you're interested in help with a specific, single problem, Geek Housecalls Remote Services can help.

How Does It Work?

Remote Help is a combination of phone and Internet-supplied support. When you have a problem, you call in to the remote help phone line and start working with a skilled, North American-based support professional. If necessary, and with your consent, they may connect to your computer to make changes for you.

Why Should I Use Remote Help?

If you need help immediately OR if you live outside of the Geek Housecalls service area, Remote Help gets you back in business quickly. Even better, Remote Help is about helping you solve your problems - not just answer questions about the specific hardware or software you're using.

When is it Available?

Our remote help desk provides assistance 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, all year long.

How Do I Order Remote Help?

  1. Order one of the remote help packages below.
  2. Print out your order form after payment.
  3. Call the number for Remote Help printed on your order form, and provide your order number to the person assisting you.
